Each year, thousands of students graduate from colleges and universities across the nation with the dream of entering the field of education.  Some will take that extra step and do what is necessary to prepare for the job search, and others who believe that their degree and certification are enough will do very little to prepare.  Unfortunately, today’s teaching job candidates are facing one of the most competitive job markets in decades, and school administrators know that those who have not prepared properly for the interview are likely to be equally unprepared on the job. 

Our founding vision was to create an easy-to-use, affordable, online service that gave teacher candidates a competitive advantage by helping them prepare for the job search and interview process  for primary school teachers job, secondary school teacher job, elementary school teachers jobs.  We consulted with a range of experienced principals, personnel directors and superintendents to make this vision a reality.  The result is TeacherCareerTrack, a unique online teacher job coaching service for new teachers as well as those experienced teachers looking for their dream job in education.
